On 3rd July 2003  the legal designation to the Level9 GmbH took place with entry into the trade register Cottbus under HRB 6899 CB and the opening of the address in the centre from Berlin. In July, 2007 the Level9 GmbH opened an establishment in Istanbul - Turkey. 2011 opening the establishment Switzerland | Zurich.

On 10. October 2000 Level9 was taken up to the trade register of the city Cottbus as private firm.
